3. Produce the diagnostic: We will be drafting the comparison documents, covering your current vs expected day-to-day HR needs, advising on legal risks and recommendations.

4. Presenting you with the findings documentation This protects both your business and us, the consultants. We’ll discuss what priorities can be established and share with you possible avenues from here.

5. Communicating clearly with your team: We let you know what HR functions and/or matters can be provided in-house or externally and who to contact for different issues.
   
   Investing time upfront in these steps reduces the risk of misunderstandings and ensures your HR arrangements are robust.
