Here is how the typical steps unfold in practice:
Identifying your baseline: understanding where the real execution sits for any of the every-day HR activities and what you wish to have resolved and looked after by People Hub, who is involved and what are the issues.
Business & activity research: we look for what can realistically support an operation like yours in your industry and determine best approaches across Australian employment law and other current legislative requirements.
Agree on scope & budget: We will be discussing what exactly is in scope, and your preferred method of engaging us, depending on your budget and strategy:

Communicating clearly with your team: We let you know what HR functions and/or matters are easily maintained in-house or can be provided externally and who to contact for different issues.
