a. You volunteering your office space & staff

b. We organise the logistics together (when, where, who, what)

c. We arrive on time, on your premises, prepared & vibrant

d. We deliver the 2.5 hours research workshop to your volunteering staff

  • qualitative data gathering (30 minutes) first raw run of the preset research questions (you can access in advance) - individual answers -- link to the form here →

  • interactive exercises - both individual traits and groups dynamics - designed to bring forth how much we are alike, as people & personal experiences, and how much we differ in what we do with for ourselves (30 minutes)

  • team role-play (all participate - each person is given a set of instructions to act in a role in the play) - designed to show how we bring our personality at work (30 minutes)

  • Final exercise -- The Oddisey Plan, Life #3 (Stanford model - 30 minutes)

  • qualitative data gathering - next day questionnaire fill-in (30 minutes max) 2nd run of the preset research questions (you can access in advance)
